For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes, and collects, only the consumer's domain name (IP address).

Page views, paths through site and other information is collected and never linked to any personally identifiable information of the user.

Personal information is only collected when a purchase transaction using SSL encryption is made, and only that information which is needed to complete the transaction is required. We use high-grade (RC4 128 bit) encryption for all secure transactions, through our web host servc.webbserv.net, which has been verified by Equifax. You may click on the lock icon to view the security certificate when the site connection is in encrypted mode.

Pencom will not sell, trade, share or rent your email address to anyone. We believe that your email address is personal and should be kept that way. We use your email address to notify shipments, send confirmations, respond to your inquiries, and provide you with better customer service support.

Pencom's web site contains no objectionable material and is considered to be "child safe."
